Series:  "M90F: Matt's 90-day Fitness"

Day: 19

Activities: UPPER BODY - Push-ups, Ab-wheel, Shoulders & Forearms, Walking.

Yet another weird day; remember, 1 hour minimum per day on average.  If you dip below on a day, make it up on the others.

My stretching isn't happening like it should.  I need to refocus and get it done.

Time is still an issue today, so that's it for today.
