Day: 13
Activities: UPPER BODY - Rollerblading, Push-ups, Shoulders & Forearms.
Long day today; woke up around 4:30, got up around 6:00. Worked out, then worked at job from about 8:00 until 12:00. Got back, ate at Sweet Tomatoes restaurant (ate a huge, great salad). Took a nap, and by the time I woke up I think my salad was digested! I'm going to eat some chicken tonight to get my protein today. Going out to rollerblade right now, then need to go shopping to get groceries. Finally, need to relax a bit on my Saturday night, so that's all for today.
